1. In order to create a friendly environment and enrich resources available in Taipei, the Taipei City Government particularly integrated sightseeing spots in the surroundings through the Gongguan New World Project. This product consists of three sites, namely the Shuiyuan Market Tourist Theater, the World of Tomorrow Tourist Theater, and the Yongle Market Tourist Theater; all of them are renovations by re-utilizing existing architecture.
2. The turnkey project emphasizes coordination among the client, the design team, and the construction team for integration of complex interfaces such as management, design, and construction, and to successfully ensure engineering quality and reduce the lead time, making the best of the project despite the limited budget.
