1. The geology of the construction site includes sandy soil and an elevated groundwater level. The digging depth is up to 10.4 meters and PIP piles with a diameter of 60 cm and C.C.P water stop piles with a diameter of 30 cm were adopted to be the retaining measure. In order to overcome the difficulty of construction in the basement, sound drainage measures and related plans for stopping water in the gap between PIP piles and safety monitoring were prepared to ensure construction safety in the basement.
2. The height of the first floor of the building is elevated to seven meters and height of the large auditorium on the 6th floor is elevated to 7.85 meters. The arcade is elevated to seven meters and appears to be a gradually cross-sectioned oblique column with a high difficulty of construction. The exterior wall combines tiles, stone paint coatings, and an aluminum grille; it is a typical medical building that shows exquisiteness.
