1. It is located in the Taichung City Precision Machinery Innovation Technology Park. Both water conservation and building licenses had to be combined in the review before construction could begin.
2. The rooftop is designed comprehensively with a garden and hence plastic-wooden floors, water prevention, heat separation, and drainage were all challenges in terms of construction quality.
3. Offices and workshops are combined in one building. 1F and 3F are the production equipment; 2F is the parking lot; 4F is the office for employees and supervisors; while 5F is set to be the restaurant and employee recreational area and all the other outdoor areas are planned to be the garden. On the rooftop (RF) level are additional solar panels and the machine room. The whole building features complete functionality and sufficient utilization of all spaces available.
