The building consists of one RC basement and five steel-structured floors above ground and is designed in accordance with the Seismic Design Specifications and Commentary of Buildings of the Ministry of the Interior. The reinforced concrete earthwork along with the resilient 3D steel member system worked as the vertical force carrying system to resist seismic forces. The combination of the two sufficiently takes advantage of the low-price, flame-tolerant, combustion-tolerant, and workable properties of the concrete material. The roof consists of a large-span steel member structure. Basement 1 is up to 6 meters high and the height of the ground level is 5.5 meters, with the other floor heights standardized at 3.5 meters. In addition, for the protrusions, each level is 7.5 meters high and the overall height of the building is 33 meters. The plane rectangular configuration features a length of 115 meters and a width of 61 meters. The span between standard columns in the long and short orientations is 8.5 meters while the overall floor area is 19526 square meters. The building is 6370 square meters in area.
