1. The construction was completed 251 days early.
2. The service was provided to the client covering all aspects, including design and construction that combine Chinese red walls and white walls proportionally, and western blue gray diagonal tiles that look tidy and eye-catching as if it were a manor in the southern part of France and s refreshing. This project won the highest honor in the competition for the Public Construction Commission as nominated by the Ministry of Defense. Construction began at the same time for the 13 buildings, with all manpower devoted; it was quite impressive.
3. The exterior walls are mainly composed of klinker bricks and bipartite oolites mixed and sprayed with tile paint. Along with the rooftop blue culture tiles, they are pleasing overall.
